At Petit Couteau, our own events are spontaneous, lively, and put together with a lot of heart. We dance ourselves from time to time—and you are warmly invited to join in.

Our in-house DJ Ray G gets the Couteau rocking with atmospheric sounds. One of our regular events is our legendary Zibelerave at the Zibelemärit. Other events are deliberately organized on an ad hoc basis.

Sunday

Dimanche is our favorite format. A Sunday when we try out new things and give free rein to our passion. Pizza, Moroccan cuisine, fermentation—sometimes one way, sometimes another, but always with joy. Dimanche is never the same, but arises from the moment.

Breakfast includes:

All-you-can-eat buffet: cacao nib granola, chocolate spread, breads, banana chocolate chip bread.
1 hot drink such as drinking chocolate or coffee with chocolate infusion.
KOA juice
Tasting of pure cocoa from Costa Rica – Our friend Chuco grew, harvested, roasted over a fire, and ground it.
